almaak has many years of experience in dealing with secondary raw materials and is one of the leading suppliers of sustainable product solutions in Europe. In addition to top-quality products – ranging from medical applications to highly technical innovations of virgin material – the company has for years focused on the development of compounds from sustainable raw materials, for which there is extensive series production experience in almost all relevant applications

Capacity

In two plants based in Krefeld and Doberlug-Kirchhain, around 60,000 tons per year of engineering thermoplastics (PA, PC, PBT, ABS, PC/PBT, PC/ABS, PBT/ASA, etc.) can be produced on 16 extrusion lines with a flexible hourly output of 25 kg to 1,500 kg.

Welcome To HEXPOL TPE North America

One of our key goals is to be the easiest company to work with, so to support our growing global customer base, in 2016 we added to our operations in Europe and Asia by investing in TPE production and product development capabilities in Sandusky, Ohio.

Our North American TPE facility has been installed at HEXPOL’s RheTech Colors plant, it is marketed under the HEXPOL TPE name.

RheTech was founded in 1968, they are a well respected thermoplastic compounder, including filled and reinforced PP, engineered resins and color concentrates.

With our HEXPOL TPE North America operation, we have brought our comprehensive TPE and polymer compounding experience, together with HEXPOL’s extensive North American footprint, to offer local supply and support to our TPE customers in North America and across the globe.

The initial focus for our HEXPOL TPE North America operation is the Dryflex family of TPE compounds.
